John Todd is the Founding Director of Education at Charterhouse Lagos, Nigeria’s first British independent school and the country’s largest private-sector investment in education. An experienced international educator and school leader, he brings a wealth of expertise gained across the United Kingdom, Kenya, Singapore, Qatar, China, and Nigeria.

Since the inception of Charterhouse Lagos, John has led the project from vision to reality, overseeing every aspect of its development—including campus construction, curriculum design, staff recruitment, and operational strategy. Under his leadership, the school successfully opened its Primary School in 2024, with the Secondary School and Boarding House launching in 2025 and Sixth Form commencing in 2026.

John is passionate about delivering world-class education that combines academic excellence with meaningful opportunities for students and families. His work at Charterhouse Lagos reflects a long-term commitment to raising educational standards, expanding access, and creating lasting impact within Nigeria and beyond.

A Fellow of both the RSA and the Chartered College of Teaching, John is recognised for his strategic leadership, educational innovation, and ability to build strong partnerships across the public and private sectors. He has become a respected voice in the development of education in Nigeria, helping to shape opportunities that empower the next generation of learners.

Dr. Bisi Oni

Topic: Structure, Discipline, & Financial Intelligence: Building A Life That Works

Dr. Bisi Oni is a seasoned economist and finance executive with over 20 years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, and financial advisory. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Babcock University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. A two-time best graduating student of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, he has a distinguished record of academic and professional excellence.

He currently serves as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at FundQuest Finance Company Limited, where he leads strategy execution, operational growth, and value creation initiatives. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Financial Derivatives Company, FBN Capital, and FBN Securities Limited, serving as Managing Director/CEO of the latter.

Dr. Oni also serves on the board of DODO and is an active contributor to industry research and thought leadership in investment management, risk governance, and sustainable finance. His current research focuses on energy economics, global markets, and the transition to a sustainable energy future.

He is the Founder of Dishpal AI, leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges and drive digital transformation. Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Dolapo serves as a Tony Elumelu Foundation Mentor and Startup World Cup Mentor, supporting founders and emerging innovators as they build and scale high-impact ventures.
